2It worked for a few days…
By watchfan
Four days after receiving the watch, it stopped keeping time. I reset it and it worked in the right manner for two days. It then failed again. I called Service, was told to send them the watch, they would waive the $28 S&H fee because I had the watch less than 45 days. I sent them the watch with a elaborated letter of the events. Ten days after sending Invicta the watch, I called them to find out the status of my repair. I was told that the watch was at Invicta, had been there for a week and not one thing was done with it because they did not receive the $28 S&H fee. I explained that Service told me the fee was being waived, and the Service rep agreed. So now they tell me that the watch will have to be sent overseas for repair and it will take approximately 90 days to get it back. I asked Invicta to replace the faulty watch due to the short time I owned it. They refused, (company policy). This was my introductory experience with Invicta and while I love their watch designs, unfortunately, it will be my last. It seems the company is concerned with making quick sales rather than client gratification and brand loyalty.

4Huge watch
By Jason
Very nice for the money. Lots of detail on the face and the spider hand travels around the face to indicate the time in 24 hours format. For it is size and heft it is astoundingly comfortable. The links are pinned with tiny screws that you need to take caution to not lose and there are galore fine adjustments on the clasp so you may genuinely tailor the fit to your liking. I do not see any difficulties with the quality or or workmanship at this time. If anything changes I will update my review.
