Geek Wrist Watch

Geek Wrist Watch 2

This watch displays time in binary format. It uses LED lights to display the time. Need we say more? Okay, we will. The watch face holds 10 red LEDs that are employed to indicate the numbers of the binary sequence (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32) and the values of the lighted LEDs are added to determine the time. There are two rows of LEDs – the top row for the hours and the bottom row for the minutes. With a little exercise you may learn to read this time format easily. Won’t it be fun the next time an individual asks you “what time is it?” and you may receive pleasure from their bewildered expression when you flash your wrist emblazoned with glowing binary? Yes it will, you quietly smirk to yourself.

This watch also has a soft leather band, a circuitboard watch face, and stainless steel back and casing. It is water immune to 3 atmospheres and comes with batteries.

5I LOVE Mine!
By K. Sprowl
I am crazy in regards to mine! It’s a showstopper and a great speech starter. It likewise is heightening my capacity to add speedily and accurately.

I DO wish it also showed the date, though.

I am a female with a tiny wrist, and the watch is, indeed, massive. But, the size seems to emphasize the fine quality of the stainless steel bezel. The lighted diodes versus the green motherboard face give the watch a very beautiful and distinguishable look.

I can not go anyplace without getting admiring comments.

It likewise keeps magnificent time. I often times check it versus my radio-controlled watch for accuracy.

When I ordered it, I thought I would receive a cute, gimicky, but flimsy and overpriced item.

I was very please to find it to be a solidly made, first-rate timepiece.

5Great watch for fun
By QuinnCreative
I purchased the watch for my brother, who is a computer geek. It was a joke, and he loved it. It tells binary time, so it takes a little getting applied to. His grandchildren figured it out fast, and he did, too. As a fun gift, it was worth each dime!

4changing battery
By kenneth
I’ve had this watch for 4 years now and it’s outstanding and fun. However, like all things, it’s time has run out and I need to replace the battery. However, I can’t figure out how to remove the back plate (or if it even may be removed). Has any individual substituted the battery for this?
