People silently wonder where their jobs have gone to in this devastated economy and wonder what to do with the resulting bags they hold filled with credit card debt when their jobs disappeared. What you’re when it comes to to learn is the shocking truth but the most stimulating percentage is learning where to send your card debt for recycling with the same people who sent your jobs away. Over the years a group of the greediest humans in the entire world has developed the most devious schemes to keep torrents of cash flowing into their coffers and if it means destructing your occupation then putting liens on your property to get more money, they will do it! If this sounds like a horror classic, it’s not. It is incisively what’s happening to you and each person in the United States. We all recognise bits and pieces of history that give us hints of what is happening to our economy but the most refined and tasteful and seamless visual representation was staged at the University Of Colorado School Of Law. You may watch this video right now using the search term “the gig is up – cash the Federal Reserve and you” but a word of warning is necessary. When you watch the “gig” you will become very trouble and angry on discovering the very reason our jobs were sent overseas. But don’t fret; it will give you the motivation necessitated to send your card accounts back to the dark side. Now that you’ve experienced “shock and awe” and understand our jobs were sent away to prevent our country from getting bankrupt, it’s time to empty your bag of card accounts and let those who have poisoned your financial life drink numerous of their own medicine. Before plastic cards became the venomous serpents they are today, back in 1966 before the card lobbyists even knew there would be a problem, the Federal Trade Commission issued rules called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which governs fairness in gathering a due and just debt. You learned from the gig the banks are pulling cash from thin air to fund your account. No cash was loaned, no credit was extended and you have done no monetary harm to the bank when you closed your account by your refusal or disability to pay. The account was written off by law after six months of nonpayment and that was the end of it. But, we all know when you don’t play the bankers game, he sells your account info to misfits hoping to net income from peoples ignorance of the system. You may no longer plead ignorance because you are a gig graduate and know far more than 99.99% of the usual population. Inadvertently, you now qualify for something exceedingly rare and perchance nonexistent; you could be an “honest” politician! Okay, congressperson or the next president, let’s concentrate on that bag of plastic you’re attempting to dump. One last search term, “FTC debt video” will disclose a great deal of of the legal choices you have to cut the heads off these snakes that are attempting to bite your wallet therefore poisoning your financial life. Some of the savvy humans are using these snake charmer phone calls to rake in huge amounts of cash when their rights are violated and it happens thousands of times each day. Use search terms like “man wins $1.5 million from collector” or “woman sues aggregator wins $8.1 million” to see how recording a call may make you rich or at a minimum have your account marked “paid as agreed” in interchange for not filing a lawsuit. Written notices or just as effortlessly handled. Now you know the Fed forced our government to ship jobs out of the country to keep away from bankruptcy and then forced the bailout to transfer even more taxpayer cash into their already deep pockets. Sending your so-called credit card debt back into thin air where it came from is easy when you record those annoying collection calls and answer written notices. Who knows, you may not even need a occupation when you record those calls! |

@vashguud: Keep in mind all those Federal Reserve notes your stuffing your bank account full of, soon enough will be worth the equivalent of toilet paper. So continue to praise your bank, however your being taken to the cleaners. Three words: Silver and Gold.

Thanks to my wife,we only have one credit card that is used in emergencies. We also have very little debt,we started living like this a couple years ago when things started going loony. We are some of the lucky few who are not buried in credit debt and high mortgage payments.
Gregorio
I haven’t had a credit card for 7 years. I have used my debit card for purchases off and online and I can’t tell you how much I love using it. It’s like paying for something with a check or cash but your able to buy stuff at anytime like a credit card.

So what difference is this from direct withdrawal? You are just one i the billions of the money game. All the banks need is 5% of people, 5% to pay on the due date and call it late and make hundreds of billions of dollars a year. The want everyone to use credit instead of debit because the change of non payment is better. A joke at best.

Check this out.
(1) Free to get any credit card.
When you decided to close it, regardless of its standing, there comes “repercussions”.
(2) Credit rating uses length of credit in its formula which is the “repercussion” from point 1.
(3) Credit companies are raising rates to max 39%, minumum payments to max 5%, and annual fees to max $99, regardless of your credit standing.
See how point 2 allows corruption 1 and 3 to run around with impunity. Yet people still cannot put 2 and 2 together.

They always lie and talk about dangers. This is nothing new. People wake up.

Well, another thing didn’t they take your tax money to bail themselves out? and not only they used it to pay their CEOs but they are trying to make you pay their debt with your Finance charges in those credit cards!!! We need a regulation urgent!!!!
Erika
Not only they try to get you to use your “credit cards” again, but also these pigs raised their APR almost 100% more and if you do not like it then pay off “your whole debt within a month.” Imagine those people who have thousands of dollars in credit cards???? are they going to pay them off or just take the 28% (Bank of America) increased? unfortunately if you are one of them you just have to stick with the raised.
Lionel
Credit card companies will help you in case of a stolen card or identity theft, etc. My cards pay me to use them.
The only main problem with credit is if people don’t have the discipline to pay them on time or buy extra stuff with them. Credit cards are just a tool. Tools can be used for both good and bad, but it is up to the user to do so.

i only keep 500 dollars in my debit/checking account.
Herschel
That’s fail dude. Your bank ***** if they won’t back you up. My bank does not do home loans, my bank has cash, my bank has never borrowed bail out money. My bank will rip you a new one if you steal or use my debit card. I.E. … get a new bank.
Dianna
Kiplinger has been giving people bad advice for years. They were scared of the stock market in the fall of 2002. In 2005 they recommended home builder stocks. Last year they promoted oil stocks before the crash. Earlier this year they said cash was king. Think for yourself and invest in something that you understand well.

Why be stupid use Cash dont support the pig

My credit card company only protects me when I claim that my card has been lost or stolen; regardless of what really happened. I’m so sick of having to do that. I’m now relying on my cash at this point.

First video in a long time I totally agree with. Put the plastic away and use cash or your debit card. Plan you trips to do shopping, make a list and stick to it. Find small ways to same money coupons, sales, 2 4 1, bring a lunch, only light the room your in, only heat the room your in, up your deductibles on car insurance, start a rotating car pool, I’ve done all of this and can live on $900 a month.
Jan
credit cards are insured – i did a purchase on the net with a debit card – never again – no product – no grounds for complaint.

Great advise for the masses

I agree that people should stop using credit cards but disagree that they should start using debit cards. They should start using cash. There is a huge risk that your bank account can be cleaned out if your debit card number is compromised. And yes, it will take about a month to have full acess to your funds again. So why take the risk? Use a credit card and pay it off every month like using cash. Or just use cash period.
Nikki
yanks & credit ….. its not even worth to waste time or frustrations on ….
save real money, buy stuff in cash. stay out of debt ….. it so fucking easy… daaaaaaa
Vern
private American citizens can’t come anywhere close to outspending the Fed, so I say live it up and rack up that card. Your balance aint going to be worth a days wages in a few years the way the US buck is going.
Dale
I use credit every month and pay in full, but understand some people cant. – I look at it like a free loan for a month.
