6. Buying a House. Forms such as Idea House Profile, House Comparison Worksheet, and Mortgage Rates and Terms Worksheet are included in this chapter that holds 7 forms in all.

7. Buying or Selling a Car, Dog, or Other Personal Property. 5 Forms. Bills of Sale for motor vehicles, boat, computer system, general, and dog.

8. Renting Personal Property and Storing Goods. 3 forms consisting of Personal Property Rental Agreement, Notice of Termination, and Storage Contract.

9. Home Repairs and Maintenance. 3 forms consisting of Home Maintenance Agreement, Home Repairs Agreement, and Contractor Mid-Job Worksheet.

10. Handling Personal Finances. There are 11 forms in this chapter and they include: Daily Expenses, Monthly Income, Assignment of Rights, Request for Credit Check, and Dispute Credit Card Charge.

11. Dealing With Junk Mail and Telemarketing Calls. 5 forms. Included are: Notice to Remove Name From List, Telemarketing Phone Call Log, and Demand for Damages for Excessive Calls.

12. Hiring Child Care, Elder Care, or Household Help. 4 forms in this chapter. They include: Child Care Agreement and Instructions, and Elder Care Agreement.

13. Living Together. Forms include Agreement to Keep Property Separate, Agreement for a Joint Purchase, and Declaration of Legal Name Change. 4 forms total.

14. Settling Legal Disputes. There are 10 forms in this chapter and they range from a Demand Letter to respective releases. One thing I would unquestionably commend is that a person consult with an attorney before signing any release.

15. Miscellaneous Forms for Personal Use. The final 6 forms in this book include: Complaint Letter, Notice of Insurance Claim, Notice to Cancel Certain Contracts, and an Identity Theft Worksheet amongst others.

The book likewise comes with a CD-ROM containing all the forms and the appendixes include instructions on how to use the CD-ROM and tear out fill in the blank forms.

This is a handy reference to have, but I do feel that a lot of persons will never use galore of the forms found here. Others altho will be rather helpful. Wonderful item to have.

Being that I own a 59″ reflector, I necessitated something big sufficient to hold it on a light-stand. This arm did the trick and does it beautifully. Mind you, I might use this outside on days where there is very little or no wind, but since I live in a very windy state in the US, I will largely use it indoors. I am sure it will handle a little wind, because it is made of very strong parts, and this is typical of quality items that are made in Italy like this is.

All metal construction, except for the clips which are made of plastic, I suppose this to last a long while and for a lot of a heap of sessions.

My only gripe is that it could have been made to collapse just one more joint. This would have permitted it to fit into a littler carrying case and also grant it to hold my 24″ reflectors as well. Right now it’ll hold a 27″ minimum reflector to a complete degree retracted, and a 72″ reflector completely extended.

Given that, I still rate this item as 5 stars because of the unbelievable quality of metal construction and the simplistic design. I’d buy this again if I necessitated one this size once more.

From 26″ to 70″???? On which planet?

I have purchased this reflector holder with the idea of keeping up a 32′ reflector… I think if you put more than one toothpick on this holder it will bend! It is a joke. I now have formulated a aid (chair back) to support hold the reflector when I need it held up and I don’t have a free hand to do it. I am not incisively sure what this reflector holder is good for… it is surely not strong sufficient to hold up even a little reflector!
